Helping to shine a light on your strengths & all the options you can’t yet see.
When life seems to be moving faster than you can keep up with, it’s difficult to figure out where you’re supposed to go or what you’re supposed to be doing. You might feel like life is just happening to you, constantly being pulled in different directions rather than charting your own course. There’s a pressure to be productive and perform well—and yet, despite your best efforts, you feel you’re falling short of your potential. You see a vision of where you want to be, but the path to get there seems blocked by indecision, overwhelm, and the nagging sense that something’s missing.
If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck & start working toward a more meaningful life—you’re in the right place.

How I work
A no-judgment, no-nonsense space to explore & grow.
When you work with me in any capacity, I welcome you to be yourself. Know that I’ll never bring any preconceived notions or personal expectations into our work—the time we spend together is yours. What I will bring is an outside perspective informed by years of experience and education, my undivided attention and presence, and a commitment to our partnership.

In my career as a clinician, I’ve gained broad experience through filling various roles in three different county mental health agencies in the state of Oregon. Over the last four years, I’ve supervised a team of mental health clinicians, case managers, and peer support professionals in those same environments. I also have been in private practice for the last few years in a small community, which has provided me experience in business ownership and administration—elements of this career that often get overlooked. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded and competent supervisor, able to help supervisees of all ages who want to develop skills for sustainable, ethical, and meaningful work in the clinical mental health field.

I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, with an open mind and heart, ready to explore whatever comes up. My goal is simply for you to feel well, whatever that means for you, and there are countless paths we can take together to get there. I’m not here to dictate your journey, but rather to walk alongside you, helping you uncover insights and perspectives that might be hidden from view when you’re in the thick of things.
Clients have often described me as a calming presence with a straightforward approach. My goal is for you to feel truly seen and heard in our sessions, and to create an environment where you feel safe and supported. I’m want to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and the world around you, whether that’s through exploring your past, processing difficult emotions, or learning practical coping skills. We’ll use whatever methods best fit your needs and move at a pace that feels right for you, always with the intention of making meaningful progress together.
Together, we’ll discover what truly matters to you and shape a path toward greater fulfillment.
